Girl advice?

Ok its really uncomfortable being in the same room as your ex when she wants to get back together. i want to also but when ever i get see her i run away. What to do??Girl advice?
There is only one thing to do and that is let her know how you feel.... because if you dont... one day your gonna run and when you try to go back and get her she isnt gonna be there.Girl advice?
If you can't take the face to face by accident thing, how about either planning to meet her or sending her a letter, or an email. Anything! Just let her know now, before she gives up on you. Do it now, or you will regret it!
