Need some girl advice. Let my hair grow or cut it down?

Never asked over the internet haha. Well ladies, I've never let me hair grow and was going to try something new. Right now my hair is in the ';awkward stage'; so I'm wondering if I should let me hair grow out to this length: http://www.bloggang.com/data/caramellatte/picture/1196756654.jpg I know my hair won't look exactly like that but I wanted to give you girls a visual aid.

You personally looks better with shorter hair. Alot more ';clean';.
Maybe I'm just weird, but I like the longer look better.
