Girl advice?

I have a friend who i've had a crush on for over a year. I'm sure she knows that i like her because her friends and my friends have either told her or hinted to her. When I ask her to hang out sometimes she says ';yes'; and sometimes she says she is too busy or has other plans. So i dont know exactly how she feels about me. Another thing is that I'm always the one to call her or ask her to hang out, she has never called me or asked me to do anything. How do you think she feels about me?Girl advice?
